I've been a professional Trainer for 30 years. I've done over 30 000 personal training sessions. My background is in Kinesiology and Psychology. My wife and I have a private training studio in our Burlington Lakeshore home. I was in the Mr. Universed competition over 25 years ago. I have helped 1000's of people to lose weight, tone up, and get back on track with fitness and nutrition.
When I hit 40 years old my body and life were falling apart. I was declaring my second bankruptcy and my marriage and relationships with my children were all strained as a result.
