Dora & I have been personal trainers our entire lives. I have been a trainer since I was 19 years old. My wife has been helping clients change their lives for 20 years. My background is in Kiniesiology & Psychology. I studied at McMaster University. I was a professional body builder in my past. I won the 1996 North American Bodybuilding Championships. The biggest influence and teacher in my life has been my 15 years of marriage, 15 years of parenting our 3 children and my 27 years of coaching and training clients. I have learned from trial and error. We have created this program to eliminate the guess work from your health and wellness goals.

My wife Dora has been a lifetime runner. Completing numerous marathons and all distances shorter. She studied Recreation Leadership at Mohawk College and maintains her weight under 115 pounds after having 3 kids. Dora and I run our private training studio from our home together. That allows us to manage the family and the buisiness best. Dora and I have tried all the diets that exist. We have experimented for years with low carb plans, and the keto diet and the paleo diet, and low fat and high fat and high protein and vegan nutrition and raw food nutrition. We have created our program to customize your nutrition for you personally. To design the ideal plan for you and your personal circumstance and situation.
