Hi there... My name is John dePass,

My wife and I have been lifetime personal trainers. I've been a trainer for 27 years. My wife has been a professional trainer for 20 years. I studied Kiniesiology and Psychology at Mcmaster University back in the 90's. Dora studied Fitness & Wellness at Mohawk and has been a runner her entire life. She's the mother of our family on top of working in the business with me.

We have 3 kids of our own. We know how difficult it is to raise kids, juggle a career, feedin the family, keeping the house clean, following through with personal goals and still trying to stay in shape.

We know how hard it is physically, emotionally, energetically and financially. We also know how hard it is with the two of us working together. We can't imagine the difficulites of doing it by yourself.

We created this program to try and offer some support for single parents out there who want to get back to their best.

Initial Assessment We will begin with a start up weigh-in, measurements and bodyfat test.

Nutrition Tracker 

Track your food daily with our on-line food tracking app. Keep track of your food and I will be able to see how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you are consuming daily.

4 x 30 minute Training Session's each week Make a comittment to your self. Show up for your scheduled workouts each week with Dora and I. We will take all the guess work out of your exercise time.

Personal Nutritional Boundaries With the information from your initial assessment I will be able to calcuate your personal caloric and nutrient needs.

Weekly Weigh-ins At the end of each week you will step on our scale. With the results you get on the scale each week we will know how your food and exercise is working. We will know exactly what to adjust for the next week.
